This policy requires Mbula Research and Development (here referred to as “Mbula”, "We", "Our") to inform You (hereafter referred to as the user, "Assistant", "Driver", "Admin") about how we collect, process, and store their information.

Mbula is a registered business. We collect, process, and share data about your personal information. This Privacy Policy is applicable to Mbula Services.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal and non-personal data we collect, how we protect and share it, how you can access or update it, and your legal rights regarding your data.

Definitions

• Mbula collects personal information not limited to: Usage Data.

When you use Mbula Services, we may ask for your personal data. We explain in detail the types of personal data we collect, purposes, and legal bases for processing. We follow data minimization principles, collecting only what is necessary. We use personal data solely for the purposes explicitly mentioned in this Privacy Policy.

Purpose - Personal data collected through the Apps

When you use our Apps, we may collect your email, name, and device ID. We use this data to allow multi-device login, respond to support queries, and maintain account data until you stop using the Apps.

Analytics data

Mbula uses third-party analytics such as Firebase to collect technical data including IP address, retention, and install source to analyze usage, optimize Apps, prevent fraud, and ensure security. Data is retained no longer than 1 year.

Rights to your personal information

• You can access, correct, update, or remove your information held by Mbula.
• You can request deletion of your personal data via your account or by contacting us.

Children’s Privacy Policy

Mbula does not knowingly collect information from children under 13 without parental consent. Parents may contact us to delete a child's data. Parents can control and manage their child’s data by contacting: androidsupport@mbula.co.za.

Safeguarding of personal information

Mbula implements IT measures such as anti-virus, access controls, and passwords to protect personal data. While we strive for security, absolute protection cannot be guaranteed.
